The Garretson Blue Dragons basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Iroquois/Lake Preston to 50 in the Blue Dragons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Blue Dragons now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Garretson will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 59-47 non-league loss to Sioux Valley (Volga, SD). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-1.

The (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hitchcock-Tulare (Tulare, SD). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Hitchcock-Tulare ran past Kadoka (Kadoka, SD), 57-49, in a non-league contest.
