The Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT) basketball nipped the host Rowland Hall Winged Lions (Salt Lake City, UT), 60-58 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Lancers (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Taylorsville (Taylorsville, UT). The Warriors go into the 5A Region 4 test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Taylorsville got by West (Salt Lake City, UT), 52-44, in a non-league test.

The Winged Lions now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they host Summit Academy for a non-league test on Monday, January 8.
