In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Honey Grove Warriors basketball team scored a good 49-41 triumph over the Kilgore Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the Celeste Blue Devils (Celeste, TX) in a 2A Region II District 14 match, on Tuesday, January 2. Honey Grove will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record.
