The Howell Rebels (Farmingdale, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Trenton Central Tornadoes (Trenton, NJ), 73-56 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rebels (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ). The Griffins go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Donovan Catholic went down by Toms River South (Toms River, NJ), 63-57, in a non-league test.
The Tornadoes now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host West Windsor-Plainsboro North for a Colonial Valley test on Tuesday, January 2.
