James Logan Colts (Union City, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Oakland Military Institute Grizzlies (Oakland, CA), 80-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, James Logan upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Colts host Monte Vista (Danville, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 14-1. Monte Vista won 67-65 in their recent non-league bout against Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Summit Tamalpais Timberwolves (Richmond, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Oakland Military Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
