Virginia High School Basketball - Unity Reed beaten by Loudoun County

The Loudoun County Captains ran past the host Unity Reed Lions basketball team by a final score of 74-54 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Captains face the Tuscarora Huskies (Leesburg, VA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, January 3. Loudoun County will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Huskies enter the game with a 6-1 record after their 75-59 non-league win over Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).

With the defeat, Unity Reed moves to 3-9 on the year. The Lions travel to Gainesville (Gainesville, VA) to face the Cardinals in a Cedar Run game on Tuesday, January 2.
