In Saturday's non-league outing, the Manalapan Braves (Englishtown, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Matawan Regional Huskies (Aberdeen, NJ), by a margin of 88-56.

The Braves (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Jackson Memorial (Jackson Township, NJ). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 4-2 record.

The Huskies now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Middletown North for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 3. Matawan Regional will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 48-45 non-league win over Bordentown (Bordentown, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 3-4.
