The Middlesboro Yellowjackets (Middlesboro, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY), 76-42 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Yellowjackets (5-6) will now prepare for their test against Oneida Baptist Institute (Oneida, KY). The Mountaineers go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record.

The Raiders now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Eminence for a District 31 test on Tuesday, January 2. Trimble County will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 30-27 non-league win over Calvary Christian (Covington, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 2-9.
