With the victory, Obion County improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Lake County (Tiptonville, TN) to confront the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 2-5.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Covington Chargers (Covington, TN) in a 3A District 15 challenge, on Friday, January 5. Millington Central will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 65-58 non-league loss to Hatton (Town Creek, AL).
