The Spruce Mountain Phoenix topped the visiting Morse Shipbuilders basketball team by a final score of 51-43 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Phoenix face the Mount Abram Roadrunners (Strong, ME) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 2. Spruce Mountain will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Roadrunners enter the game with a 4-0 record after their 77-28 league win over Waterville (Waterville, ME).
