Sherman Huskies (Moro, OR) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Lake Cowboys (Silver Lake, OR), 65-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sherman upgrades its record to 15-0 on the season. The Huskies host Condon (Condon, OR) to play the Blue Devils in a 1A Big Sky bout on Saturday, January 6. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 7-1.

Next up, the Cowboys play the Trinity Lutheran Saints (Bend, OR) in a 1A Mountain Valley bout, on Wednesday, January 3. North Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 60-47 non-league win over Umatilla (Umatilla, OR).
