The Thomson Bulldogs basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Oglethorpe County Patriots to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenn Hills for a AA Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 2. Thomson will battle a Spartans team coming off a 70-55 non-league loss to Swainsboro (Swainsboro, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-10.
The Patriots (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 2-10 record.
