California High School Basketball - Steele Canyon tops Ramona

December 30, 2023: Ramona, CA 92065

Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA), 68-60 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Steele Canyon upgrades its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 12-4. Torrey Pines lost 56-50 in their recent non-league bout against Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) in a Palomar bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Ramona will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record.
