With the victory, Royal improves its record to 9-9 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Oak Park (Oak Park, CA) to play the Eagles in a challenge on Friday, January 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 12-6. Oak Park lost 49-47 in their recent league challenge against Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Westlake Thunder (Saratoga Springs, UT) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 5. Herriman will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Thunder go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 61-53 non-league win over Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT).
