Illinois High School Basketball - Lake Zurich winner over Lincoln-Way Central

The Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL) basketball felled the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), 47-27 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bears (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Mundelein (Mundelein, IL). The Mustangs go into the North Suburban test with a 11-7 record.

The Knights now own a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Andrew for a SouthWest Suburban - Red test on Thursday, January 4. Lincoln-Way Central will encounter a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 58-37 non-league loss to Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 9-7.
