New Jersey High School Basketball - St. John-Vianney edges Pallotti

The St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD), 49-45 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lancers (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record.
The Panthers now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to McDonogh for a IAAM A test on Friday, January 5. Pallotti will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 55-20 non-league win over East New York Family Academy (Brooklyn, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 10-3.
