Texas High School Basketball - Rankin overwhelmed by Richland Springs

The Richland Springs Coyotes basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Rankin Red Devils to 24 in the Coyotes non-league victory on Saturday.

The Coyotes now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Richland Springs will battle a Warriors team coming off a 55-46 non-league loss to Cedar Ridge (Round Rock, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 20-8.

The Red Devils (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Robert Lee (Robert Lee, TX). The Steers come into the non-league contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Robert Lee triumphed over Blackwell (Blackwell, TX), 39-26, in a non-league contest.
