McKinleyville Panthers (McKinleyville, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Enterprise Hornets (Redding, CA), 64-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McKinleyville upgrades its record to 14-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Del Norte (Crescent City, CA) to clash with the Warriors in a bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Del Norte won 61-53 in their recent non-league bout against Anderson (Anderson, CA)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, January 4. Enterprise will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record.
