The Eastern Vikings nipped the host Sterling Silver Knights basketball squad by a final score of 50-48 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Vikings face the Seneca Golden Eagles (Tabernacle, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, January 2. Eastern will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the outing with a 2-3 record after their 76-46 non-league loss to Camden Catholic (Cherry Hill, NJ).

The Silver Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Woodbury (Woodbury, NJ). The Thundering Herd enter the non-league outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Woodbury was nipped by Atlantic City (Atlantic City, NJ), 78-58, in a non-league outing.
