Florida High School Basketball - Everglades sneaks past Martin County

The Everglades Gators (Miramar, FL) basketball edged the visiting Martin County Cardinals (Inez, KY), 69-67 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Gators now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Stranahan for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9.

With the loss, Martin County falls to 10-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Johnson Central (Paintsville, KY) to play the Golden Eagles in a District 57 bout on Friday, January 3. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Johnson Central won 78-61 in their recent non-league bout against Maine-Endwell (Endwell, NY)
