North Carolina High School Basketball - Wilmington Christian Academy succumbs to Floyd County

The Floyd County Buffaloes defeated the host Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots basketball squad by a final score of 64-53 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Buffaloes clash with the Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 4. Floyd County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.

The Patriots (5-8) will now prepare for their outing against Scotland Christian Academy (Laurinburg, NC). The Saints come into the NCCSA AA East Region 4 outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Scotland Christian Academy overcame Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC), 68-61, in a league outing.
