The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting University School Preppers to 60 in the Lions non-league triumph on Monday.

The Lions now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Name for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will confront a Green Wave team coming off a 78-51 non-league loss to Lincoln (Gahanna, OH). The Green Wave record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, University School falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Preppers travel to Ottawa-Glandorf (Ottawa, OH) to confront the Titans in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Titans go into the game with a record of 1-6. Ottawa-Glandorf lost 50-49 in their recent league game against Defiance (Defiance, OH)
