The Carson Senators basketball squad (Carson City, NV), was nudged 55-48 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV)

With the victory, Lowry advances its record to 5-5 on the year. The Buckaroos travel to Elko (Elko, NV) to meet the Indians in a battle on Saturday, January 4. The Indians enter the battle with a record of 2-0.

The Senators now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Damonte Ranch for a battle on Friday, January 3. Carson will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 57-49 non-league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-3.
