In Monday's non-league test, the Colman-Egan C-E Hawks (Colman, SD) basketball squad trounced the host Alcester-Hudson Cubs (Alcester, SD), by a score of 70-17.

Next, the C-E Hawks clash with the Freeman Flyers (Freeman, SD) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 2. Colman-Egan will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Flyers come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 50-49 non-league win over McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD).
