The Berean Christian Eagles basketball squad (Walnut Creek, CA), lost 52-36 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA)

With the victory, Yreka advances its record to 6-7 on the year. The Miners host St. Bernard's (Eureka, CA) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Friday, January 3. The Crusaders enter the battle with a record of 11-1. St. Bernard's won 55-23 in their recent non-league battle against Delsea (Franklinville, NJ)

The Eagles now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Concord for a Diablo battle on Wednesday, January 8.
