The Perry Pumas basketball squad (Gilbert, AZ), lost 64-48 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA)

With the victory, Salesian College Preparatory advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Pride travel to Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA) to meet the Ugly Eagles in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 4. The Ugly Eagles enter the battle with a record of 7-4.

The Pumas now own a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Basha for a 6A Premier battle on Friday, January 10.
