In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Providence Christian Academy LIONS basketball team scored a good 64-47 win over the Southeastern Prep Academy Falcons.

The LIONS (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against University School of Nashville (Nashville, TN). The Tigers come into the Division II-A Middle District 3 contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, University School of Nashville was topped by Davidson Academy (Nashville, TN), 50-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Port Charlotte Pirates (Port Charlotte, FL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Southeastern Prep Academy will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Pirates come into the contest with a 8-5 record after their 51-46 non-league loss to Lake Highland Prep (Orlando, FL).
