The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Anacortes Seahawks (Anacortes, WA) and the visiting La Conner Braves (La Conner, WA), observed Anacortes's basketball team overcome La Conner by a margin of 46-29.

The Seahawks (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Mariners come into the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Sehome dropped by Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA), 73-11, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Braves battle the Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. La Conner will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record.
