The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) and the host Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC), observed Pisgah's basketball team edge Goose Creek by a margin of 38-36.

The Bears (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin (Franklin, NC). The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Franklin edged Murphy (Murphy, NC), 47-46, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Gators battle the Woodland Wolverines (Dorchester, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Goose Creek will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record.
