The Calaveras Red Hawks basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Grace Davis Spartans to 42 in the Red Hawks non-league triumph on Monday.

The Red Hawks now have a 13-1 record. They play next when they host Escalon for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. Calaveras will confront a Cougars team coming off a 101-40 non-league loss to Mountain House (Mountain House, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Grace Davis falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Central Valley (Ceres, CA) to confront the Hawks in a game on Monday, January 6. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 3-6. Central Valley won 73-55 in their recent non-league game against Chavez (Stockton, CA)
