In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Woodrow Wilson Bruins.
The Longhorns (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against San Pasqual (Escondido, CA). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, San Pasqual was edged by Oceanside (Oceanside, CA), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bruins play the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) in a Moore outing, on Monday, January 6. Woodrow Wilson will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Jackrabbits go into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 2-2 non-league Foothill (Santa Ana, CA).
