New York High School Basketball - Shawnee topped by Moore Catholic

The Moore Catholic Mavericks basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Shawnee Renegades to 42 in the Mavericks non-league victory on Saturday.
The Mavericks now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Peter's for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4. Moore Catholic will battle a Eagles team coming off a 75-71 non-league win over Archbishop Molloy (Queens, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.
The Renegades (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Kingsway dropped by Eastern (Voorhees, NJ), 64-39, in a non-league contest.
