The Milpitas Trojans basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host Carlmont Scots to 48 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now have a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Pacific Grove for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. Milpitas will confront a Breakers team coming off a 61-24 non-league win over Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Breakers record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Carlmont falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Scots host Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to confront the Panthers in a Peninsula - Bay game on Wednesday, January 8. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 5-6.
