Next, the Owls clash with the Cotulla Cowboys (Cotulla, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 28 test, on Friday, January 3. Hondo will attempt to upgrade on its 5-15 season record.

The Bobcats/Deer (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Ro-Hawks come into the non-league test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, Randolph overcame Natalia (Natalia, TX), 48-44, in a non-league test.
