The Murray County Central Rebels basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Minneota Vikings to 31 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Adrian/Ellsworth for a A Section 3 game on Friday, January 3. Murray County Central will confront a Dragons team coming off a 54-45 non-league loss to Ortonville (Ortonville, MN). The Dragons record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Minneota falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Wabasso (Wabasso, MN) to confront the Rabbits in a A Section 3 game on Thursday, January 2. The Rabbits go into the game with a record of 5-3. Wabasso lost 98-94 in their recent league game against Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN)
