The California Grizzlies basketball team (San Ramon, CA), was toppled 61-53 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA)
The Hornets now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saint Mary's for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 7. Alameda will confront a Panthers team coming off a 65-33 non-league win over Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
The Grizzlies (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Ugly Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Clayton Valley Charter beat Lincoln (Stockton, CA), 72-53, in a non-league battle.
