Grady Bronchos (Grady, NM) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hagerman Bobcats (Hagerman, NM), 36-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Grady upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bronchos travel to Maxwell (Maxwell, NM) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, December 17. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 3-1.

Next up, the Bobcats play the Cloudcroft Bears (Cloudcroft, NM) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 6. Hagerman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Bears come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 63-20 non-league loss to Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM).
