North Carolina High School Basketball - Chase falls to Bessemer City

December 4, 2023: Forest City, NC 28043

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Bessemer City Yellow Jackets basketball team scored a good 59-49 triumph over the Chase Trojans.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets meet the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 8. Bessemer City will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Jaguars enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 69-66 non-league win over Burns (Lawndale, NC).

With the defeat, Chase moves to 0-4 on the year. The Trojans host Cherryville (Cherryville, NC) to meet the Ironmen in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 5. The Ironmen enter the match with a record of 2-1. Cherryville lost 54-36 in their recent non-league match against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)
