The Boyle County Rebels basketball team (Danville, KY), was nudged 61-59 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY)
The Warriors now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne County for a District 48 battle on Friday, December 8. Southwestern will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 70-68 non-league loss to Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-1.
The Rebels (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The Thorobreds come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Harrison County was nudged by Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY), 66-60, in a non-league battle.
