Glendale Nitros (Glendale, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA), 68-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Glendale upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Nitros travel to Burroughs (Burbank, CA) to clash with the Bears in a Pacific bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Burroughs lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA)

Next up, the Valiants clash with the AGBU Titans (Canoga Park, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. St. Genevieve will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 70-22 non-league win over Taft (Woodland Hills, CA).
