In Monday's league outing, the Lourdes Eagles (Rochester, MN) basketball squad felled the host St. Charles Fighting Saints (St. Charles, MN), by a margin of 68-53.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Pine Island (Pine Island, MN). The Panthers go into the AA Section 1 outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Pine Island thwarted Dover-Eyota (Eyota, MN), 69-36, in a league outing.
The Fighting Saints now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Wabasha-Kellogg for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 5.
