New York High School Basketball - Monticello can't hold off Pine Bush

The Pine Bush Bushmen basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Monticello Panthers to 63 in the Bushmen non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bushmen now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chester for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Pine Bush will battle a Hambletonians team coming off a 46-35 non-league win over Chapel Field Christian (Pine Bush, NY). The Hambletonians record now stands at 1-0.
The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Port Jervis was nudged by Burke Catholic (Goshen, NY), 50-49, in a non-league contest.
