Oregon High School Basketball - Waldport can't hold off Nestucca

The Nestucca Bobcats basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Waldport Irish to 36 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bobcats now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Willamina for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Nestucca will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-67 non-league win over Taft (Lincoln City, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.
The Irish (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Eddyville (Eddyville, OR). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Eddyville nudged Yoncalla (Yoncalla, OR), 36-28, in a non-league contest.
