The Phoenix Christian Cougars (Phoenix, AZ) basketball smashed the visiting Red Rock Scorpions (Sedona, AZ), 70-37 in Monday's non-league contest.
The Cougars now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland Prep for a 2A Central contest on Thursday, December 7. Phoenix Christian will meet a Honey Badgers team coming off a 95-23 non-league win over St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ). The Honey Badgers record now stands at 3-3.
The Scorpions (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Kingman Academy (Kingman, AZ). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Kingman Academy was routed by Kingman (Kingman, AZ), 59-54, in a non-league contest.
