Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers (Bradley, IL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL), 43-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bradley-Bourbonnais upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Boilermakers host Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to play the Chargers in a SouthWest Suburban - Red bout on Thursday, December 7. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 5-3. Stagg won 48-33 in their recent league bout against Andrew (Tinley Park, IL)

Next up, the Porters play the Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban - Blue bout, on Thursday, December 7. Lockport will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Griffins come into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 49-42 league loss to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL).
