The Morrison Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Kewanee Boilermakers to 44 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stockton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Morrison will meet a Blackhawks team coming off a 60-30 non-league loss to Pecatonica (Pecatonica, IL). The Blackhawks record now stands at 1-6.

The Boilermakers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL). The Storm enter the Three Rivers - East contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Bureau Valley nudged Princeton (Princeton, IL), 55-45, in a league contest.
