The Norwich Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Oxford Wildcats to 16 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Udall for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Norwich will meet a Eagles team coming off a 50-31 non-league win over Caldwell (Caldwell, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Argonia (Argonia, KS). The Red Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Argonia was routed by Pretty Prairie (Pretty Prairie, KS), 38-33, in a non-league contest.
