Victory Christian Academy Patriots (Gastonia, NC) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Rockwell Christian School Chargers (Rockwell, NC), 56-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Victory Christian Academy upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Cornerstone Christian Academy (Statesville, NC) to play the Crusaders in a bout on Friday, December 8. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Cornerstone Christian Academy won 48-32 in their recent league bout against Oak Level Baptist Academy (Stokesdale, NC)

Next up, the Chargers play the Matthews Christian Academy Colts (Matthews, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Rockwell Christian School will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Colts come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 62-30 non-league loss to Tabernacle Christian (Monroe, NC).
