Georgia High School Basketball - Union Grove holds off Woodland

The Union Grove Wolverines basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Woodland Wolfpack to 43 in the Wolverines league triumph on Wednesday.
The Wolverines now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Langston Hughes for a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. Union Grove will confront a Panthers team coming off a 48-30 non-league loss to Westlake (Atlanta, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Woodland falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Alcovy (Covington, GA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Monday, December 9. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 2-3. Alcovy won 45-39 in their recent non-league game against Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA)
