The Ursuline Academy Bears basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Marquette Mustangs to 38 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bears now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Joseph's Academy for a Girls Independent game on Thursday, December 12.

With the loss, Marquette falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Troy-Buchanan (Troy, MO) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 1-0. Troy-Buchanan won 59-17 in their recent non-league game against St. Dominic (O'Fallon, MO)
